Moroccan Seafood Pizza

Servings 4 small pizzas


  • 1 pizza dough divide into 4 if you want to make 4 small pizzas.
  • 1 1/2 tbsp marinara
  • 1 cup frozen seafood medley defrosted in water and drained
  • 1 cup low-moisture shredded mozzarella
  • 1/3 cup pitted green olives roughly chopped
  • Few basil leaves


  1. Roll your pizza dough, using a rolling pin or your hands, until you get a circle that has just about 10" diameter. Using a rolling pin will allow you to have a pizza with even thickness.

  2. Use 1 1/2 tbsp of your favorite marinara sauce. You can use your favorite store-bought brand, or a homemade recipe. If you don't have a homemade recipe, try this one. Spread your sauce using the back of the spoon until your pizza is well covered. 

  3. I used a frozen seafood medley that I defrosted in water 30 minutes prior to assembling the pizza. Top with a generous serving of low-moisture mozzarella and olives. 

  4. Bake @450F for about 15 minutes or until the cheese turns golden brown and bubbly. Top with a dash of pepper, fresh basil and by drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil on the pizza.
